Darren Drewry's research focuses on understanding the interactions of agricultural systems with the environment, spanning the broad areas of ecohydrology, terrestrial biophysics and land-atmosphere interactions. His work has implications for improving vegetation resource utilization and resilience and advancing the development of agricultural plants. His group utilizes a range of simulation approaches, including biophysical simulation and machine learning, as well as a variety of sensing techniques.
