Tianqi Zhang is a Ph.D. student from China. She received her MS in Physical Geography from East China Normal University in 2015. She had two years of research experiences in earth surface process in the University of Potsdam, Germany. In the following years, she will aid in the research of NSF Hydro climate trees and tundra project. Her research interest mainly focuses on applying machine learning (supervised or unsupervised learning) in spatiotemporal pattern analysis of land use/land cover change.
